Apparently, at least, according to DeviantArt, it's okay to copy a plethora of images and allow others to assume that they're your own original pieces of art.

DA states in their ToS that this is acceptable for fan art. Whether or not DA supports mild cases of art theft; it's still ethically disgusting. What's even worse is the culprit will block anyone from commenting if they call him out, and hides their comments as spam.

I reported him some time ago, and DA told me (four months later) that it's acceptable. I'm sure if I were to re-draw another Deviant's images, though, DA would be on my ass like a fat kid on a cupcake.

Such injustice.

You know, Journal, I frequently find myself, shit. What was I going to write? I had something I was going to write out here, but I can't seem to recall it.

Man, that sucks.

Well, here's a journal update just to keep things well oiled, and so I don't feel like it's for nothing, here's a quickly written poem:

A dawn's meek light shone upon a the earth's face
seemingly dancing to the war drummer's pace
The gallows convoluted
to see a fool's neck uprooted
He'll not be going home
yes, through purgatory shall he roam

It's about a guy dying. I don't know if you knew that or not.

As I sit here at my computer in my absurdly hot bedroom, I look around at all the Deviant Art pages and can't help but notice that all the cool kids have a journal, a blog if you will, on their page, and so here I am. I've not much to talk about except maybe current projects. I recently played Portal. I was amazed and dumbfounded. I'm in the process of making a (Or a series of) wallpaper(s).  That is, if I can ever get a hold of some decent references from the game. I'm also still plotting that Sonic comic project I've been plotting since I was in high school, while it develops more every day in my head, it's gone nowhere as far as production goes. Also, my lady introduced me to "The Mariner's Revenge Song" by The Decemberists (Who she also introduced me to.) and I've been wanting to do some kind of illustration(s) for it, since it's such an appealing song.

Originally when I started typing this, I said to myself "I'm going to ramble on as long as possible. That'll show these poor fools what's what for looking at my page and giving me attention!" but after saying what I had to say, I have to say that that sounds like a pretty bad idea. Also, disregard the "poor fool" comment. I can honestly say that I don't think any of you are poor in every sense of the word. Only a few.
